Summary: When Dean breaks both his legs and decides to drop out of school with only two months left to go, Sam, determined not to let him become a high school dropout, gets him to agree to take the GED instead. The only problem is that with Dad off on some hunt for next few months, they don’t have enough money to pay for registration fees, the cab ride, and the study guide, and still afford food too. So Sam takes odd jobs around town to make up the difference, all while also dealing with a vicious growth spurt, the realization that he has to go on his first solo hunt, and (worst of all) the reawakening of Sam’s major crush on his brother.
