The only problem is that with Dad off on some hunt for next few months, they don’t have enough money to pay for registration fees, the cab ride, and the study guide, and still afford food too. So Sam takes odd jobs around town to make up the difference, all while also dealing with a vicious growth spurt, the realization that he has to go on his first solo hunt, and (worst of all) the reawakening of Sam’s major crush on his brother.
